Homes inspired by a new generation

You don’t stand still and neither do we. We’re always watching, listening, and adapting to the needs and expectations of the new generation.

But what does that mean to me?”

It means we consider the way you move before we design the flow of a home, we consider the way you cook, rest, and work. And the way you want to be treated, even before we pour your slab.

    The building process

We know you want to capture every step of the journey, so these are the building milestones:

    Siteworks
Your site will be cleared followed by earthworks and footings and then the sewerage, power and water services are complete.
    Slab Down
This is the first major milestone of your building journey, the footprint of your future home has been poured.
    Structural Walls Complete
Also known as ‘plate high’ this will be followed by any rendering (if required).
    Roof Cover
The roof has now been secured onto your home. The plumbing works have been prepared and electrical pre-lays are also complete.
    Lock Up
The cabinets and stone benchtops for your kitchen will be fitted, plumbing installed and the concrete floor in the garage is poured.
    Finals
The electrician, plumber and painter will return to finish off the remaining jobs. Gas will be connected, external paving will be laid and the garage door is fitted.
    Practical Completion
Your Construction Supervisor will contact you to arrange a suitable time for your Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) prior to Key Handover.
    Key Handover
All that's left to do is meet with your New Home Administrator, collect the keys to your new home and move in!
