The Fast Track Guarantee applies to owners who sign a Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA) and select a single storey design from the New Gen Homes Standard Range Plans, with homes to be built within the Builder’s Zone 1 Perth metropolitan and South West WA region. It does not apply where R-Codes Variation, MRA or planning approval, demolition, or subdivision is required prior to construction, or where owners are supplying their own items or trades, or requesting major structural changes.

To maintain your Fast Track Guarantee, you’ll need to obtain unconditional finance approval and land settlement within the guarantee timeframe, sign all documentation (including contracts, variations, drawings and colour selections) within 5 days of receiving them, attend your Pre-start appointment within 5 working days of the first available slot, and finalise all selections through the New Gen Homes Customer Portal without requesting new variations afterwards.

If we don’t deliver on the guaranteed 4-month pre-construction period, you’ll receive $250 per week (including GST), calculated daily, for the delay period, up to a maximum of 4 weeks. This is paid after your Slab Claim payment, provided you haven’t breached your Building Contract.

Yes. The guarantee period may be extended for R-Codes Variation or planning requirements identified after your Building Contract is executed, delays in title issue or land survey completion, public holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period (December 21 – January 3), which adds 8 working days.
