The largest home in New Generation Homes’ display range, the Bellport uses space and zoning well to deliver an ideal family floor plan.
New Generation Homes Sales Manager Andrew Black said the home made full use of well-defined living areas without sacrificing space.
“Cleverly designed, this four-bedroom home is perfect for families seeking a balance between functionality and privacy, with the entire children’s wing located upstairs,” he said.
“Also upstairs, you can find the study and activity room, featuring beautiful raked ceilings which extend out to the staircase void, adding a layer of style and elegance to the home.”
The display brings the outdoors in via a seamless transition from the high-ceilinged alfresco to the open-plan living and dining area. Mr Black said the kitchen provided an immersive experience, overlooking the dining and living area.
“The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with loads of bench space, plenty of overhead cupboard storage, plus a walk-around pantry and scullery,” he said.“The dual, six-door pantry opens to both the kitchen and scullery and could be used to suit your lifestyle; for example, you could make one side a wine storage area.”
The six-door pantry has glass tiling behind it, along with overhead cupboard space. It includes a 600mm integrated wall oven and an island bench adorned with skirting to express a Hamptons style.
Mr Black said the home contained several features essential to the Hamptons style. White walls are found throughout the living areas, with coloured walls in the bedrooms, while the addition of patterned upholstery items, flat-weave rugs, ornate pendants, marble and timeless artwork complete the look.
The clever floor plan separates the sleeping quarters from entertainment zones, providing tranquil areas when it’s time to wind down, according to Mr Black.“The master suite is a private haven set well away from the children’s zone, with a large walk-in robe, shoe rack and oversized ensuite,” he said. “The latter includes the luxury of a double shower and basin.”
The display is located at Baldivis and is open for viewing Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-5pm, Saturdays and public holidays from 1-5 and Sundays from 12-5pm.
