New Generation Homes' FastTrack Guarantee is helping Blake and Tahlia Collings get off to a flying start in their home ownership dream.
Blake, 20, and Tahlia, 19, are looking forward to moving into their own home in March after building started in June.
After saving for a year, the couple - who were married in April - bought a $360,000 house-and-land-package in the Parkland Heights estate in Baldivis.
"It's not a lot more expensive than renting," Ms Collings said.
"The market is really good at the moment, especially with low interest rates."
"FastTrack guarantees that the building process, from the time the first bricks are laid on the slab to completion, will be only 24 weeks."
"We're looking forward to moving in, personalising the home for our needs and paying off our home loan, not someone else's."
The administration worker said their three-bedroom, two-bathroom house on a 325sqm block also had a living/dining area, theatre room and a double garage.
It was close to shops, transport, a sporting complex and a choice of schools.
Sales manager at New Generation Homes Chris Hopkin said the FastTrack guarantee meant that if the Summit Homes Group, missed the promised completion date, it would pay the clients $400 a week for their rent.
"We have been running the FastTrack promotion since January 2014 and it has been met with great enthusiasm from our clients," Mr Hopkin said.
"It's a great way to secure set dates for their construction, something that not a lot of other builders will commit to."
"Peace of mind on that front and a guarantee of costings is a huge plus for first homebuyers who obviously don't want any surprises to pop up along the way.
