In the news: Peak of sophistication feature

A distinctive loft-style master suite is the defining feature of New Generation Homes’ recently opened the Taylor display at Jindalee.

Offering an ideal escape for mum and dad and making the most of the home’s distinctive peak, the master suite is a spacious and unique inclusion in the Taylor display, which leaves no space unused.

“The Taylor’s distinct raked ceilings throughout the second storey take advantage of the unique 30-degree roof pitch of this home,” New Generation Home Sales Manager Andrew Black told New Homes.

“The stylish high raked ceilings create a feeling of space and light, which is very appealing to homebuyers looking to maximise all available space on a tight block.”

The home’s minor bedrooms – second and third with built-in robes and a fourth convertible to a study where required – come off the main entry passage way, along with a comfortable home theatre.

The passageway enters into the open-plan living area to the back of the home, which belies the home’s 11.38m width to suit a 12.5m block.

It is here, in the living/dining/kitchen space with alfresco access, where the display really comes into its own, offering plenty of room for the whole family to live, play and relax.

The kitchen contains a built-in pantry, fridge/freezer recess, plenty of bench space and an island benchtop, and leads out to the alfresco with 34-course recessed ceiling and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue combo available as an upgrade.

Mr Black said the combination of clever bedroom zoning and spacious open-plan design made the home ideal for a family.

“The loft design is perfect for a large or growing family who enjoy entertaining and the feeling of freedom and space all year round,” he said.

“Homebuyers have fallen in love with the large bedrooms, good-sized bathrooms, stylish feature raked ceilings, outdoor kitchen area and the exceptional rear living space, which includes the spacious and light-filled open-plan living, dining and gourmet kitchen area, plus a home theatre.”

The home is tied together by a distinctive and charming frontage sure to stand out from the street.

Located in Jindalee, the Taylor is open for viewing on Mondays from 2-5pm, Wednesdays from 3-5pm, Saturdays and public holidays from 1-5pm and Sundays from 12-5pm.
