For the fourth year running Summit Homes Group has taken national honours as one of Australia’s Best Places to Work.
At New Generation Homes, as part of Summit Homes Group, we are proud to share in this award that celebrates the Group’s achievements as well as the many benefits this news brings for our clients.
Summit Homes Group ranked 9th in the category of more than 100 employees and is the only WA headquartered company and home builder to make the Top 10.
This award recognises how hard we continually work to deliver on our promise of being ‘Built Around People’.
Summit Homes Group Managing Director David Simpson said the company’s success was attributed to its very strong family values that instilled a sense of pride and camaraderie in its staff.
“Summit Homes Group was founded in 1978 and today we refer to our 340 employees as the “Summit Family” because, quite simply, we are built around people,” Mr Simpson said.
“It’s no secret that we love building homes for Western Australian families and we’re proud to share that we love our staff too.
“When people genuinely enjoy their job they produce high quality work, so we are continually focused on creating a great place to work for our employees, which we’ve seen lead to a fantastic result for WA homebuyers,” Mr Simpson said.
A massive 92% of our employees said they felt the company was a great place to work.

It has been a big year for New Generation Homes and the Summit Homes Group, as we celebrate 40 years of building and were awarded Master Builders Australia Project Builder of the Year for the second year in a row.
