Easy Assist could help with rent, a deposit, debit or family borrowing. 

Easy Assist Programs

If you qualify for our Easy Assist program you can potentially receive support for;

Rent Assist
If you are worried about paying for a mortgage and rent, do not stress as we can help to support paying your rent (or a portion of it) during the construction of your new home. The amount is $500 per week for 20 weeks (which is the estimated time from Slab Down to Practical Completion).
Debt Assist
Do you need help paying out a debt? If so, we can help. We will arrange payment of your debt directly to the Creditor to help you qualify for a home loan and into your new home quicker than you might think.
Deposit Assist
Don't think you have the funds for a deposit? Think again! With our deposit assist program, we can help to fund your deposit, it is easier than you might think.
Family Assist
Need help from bank of mum & dad but not sure how you will ever pay them back? That is ok because with Family Assist we will help to pay your family members or friends back. Ask us how it works and if you qualify.
