Davide has only been in the building industry for a short time, however with excellent interpersonal skills & previous life experience, Davide is a brilliant addition to the New Generation Team.

Fun fact: Davide is from Italy originally and  fluent in English Portuguese & Italian. Whilst not as fluent Davide  can get by on Spanish and French.

Favourite design: Davide loves the Tasman, At the back of the home the Scullery blends into the laundry which is superb and flows so naturally. And of course, who doesn’t like having a big living/dining area next to an accommodating games room, ideal to have kids playing or for entertaining and older public with a drink or two

Building tip: Always do your research, check product reviews, and most importantly know what matters to you and your family. Talk to builders with lots of experience for extra peace of mind.

Steve has a wealth of expertise and experience having been in the industry for 15 years, with a speciality land and finance as well, Steve is a one stop shop for many clients.

Fun fact: Steve is a keen golfer and boating enthusiast, so when he’s not showing clients land on the weekends you can find him at the local golf course or on his way to Rotto.

Favourite design: Love designs with nice open living area’s, so for Steve, the Everglade design is a favourite.

Building tip: Align yourself with someone you trust and has experience.

I’ve been in the building industry for 2 years now and have worked with all profiles of clients from first home buyers to high end full custom multi-storey designs. Prior to this industry, I am from an architecture background, where I have developed the skills to visualise, sketch, model and render. These skills have been useful in suggesting ideas and help the clients picture the spaces in their new home.

Fun facts: I moved to Australia from China when I was 9 years old. I can speak Mandarin, which I still use to communicate with my parents.

Favourite New Gen Design: Hercules is my favourite design! I’ve always preferred bigger and purposeful rooms over additional rooms and Hercules is the perfect example of that. Every minor bedrooms contains its own IT nook and walk in robe, perfect for the kids to grown into. The massive alfresco is great for entertaining guests and the efficient design means that it’s one of our best value floorplans! The Hercules is a versatile floorplan that you can easily add a scullery or games room if needed.

Top Building Tip: Put aside a budget for internal cladding, this will take your house to the next level. Internal cladding can dramatically change the aesthetic and mood of the space but overdoing it can feel too busy and make a space feel small. Remember, plain white walls are never featured in interior magazines!

Paul has a wealth of experience having been in the industry going on 12 years now.  Paul’ prides himself on his level of service he brings,  Being available 7 days a week, day or night for his clients his not uncommon and will be there for you all the way until you get your keys and into your new home.

Fun fact: If you see Paul’s doppelgänger walking around then it is probably just his twin!

Gaurav can speak not one but four different languages (Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu & English) further, he has over eight years of experience in the building industry. Fun fact: If Gaurav is not spending time with his Woofie (French bulldog), you can find him hiking, kayaking and travelling.

Favourite design: The Mackenzie has a flow that works for the entire family, having a working-from-home space is a must in today’s society, and the curve wall is a design feature that connects the spaces seamlessly.

For 18 years Nick has been in the building industry with 6 years on the tools as a ceiling fixer & project manager. His dedication and passion for the building industry is very evident when you speak to him. Fun fact: Being a dad of 4 boys, Nick has perfected the art of changing nappies, as fast as a Formula one pit stop 😂

Originally from Brazil, Alberto has a background in hospitality, therefore, customer service is of the utmost importance to him and he prides himself on helping others to give the best possible service. He decided to come over to Australia for one year to learn English and 15 years later has a house, two kids, a small Shiatzu named Zoey and perfect English. Alberto is caring, attentive and excited to help make your home ownership dreams a reality.

Fun fact: Alberto was in the State Championships for equestrian riding, for 14 years since he was 6 years old, he has been riding horses.

Favourite design: The new Tasman is his favourite design, from the initial large entrance way through to the ample living spaces having a theatre room is such an added bonus. The hidden laundry and scullery are ideal with families as the laundry and dishes feel like they are never ending therefore, it is great they can be hidden away from the family room.

Building tip: Alberto would recommend to have a good think about what is important to you, how you live your life currently and what would make your life easier, if you know what you value in your home making the decisions at the start will go a long way.

Brian has a warm welcoming Irish nature, he has been living in Australia for 16 years with his two Australian bulldogs named Bosco & Amber. He is down to earth and certainly up for a great chat.

Fun Fact: Brian is a big fan of USA, he has been 15 times, he loves the diverse culture and has siblings living there he likes to visit.

Favourite design: The Tasman – this new design is great as it maximises the living spaces and has a contemporary feel flows throughout the home.

Building tip: Do not be afraid to speak to people in the industry and ask for advice. We can help to guide you through the process, I think staying in communication every step of the process is very important.

Chris comes with 37 years of experience in sales and customer service. He prides himself on making sure that the building experience is as exciting and stress free as possible for his clients.

Chris is passionate about selling new homes and has built over 8 homes for himself and his family. He is very good in making sure that the house design suits the client’s wants and needs.

Fun fact: Chris has also sold Hyundai motor vehicles and had his own Swimming Pool construction business.
