We don’t offer just a handful of home designs that fit within a $400,000 budget. Within our range of homes in this price range, there are over 50 options to choose from. Homes in this price range range from 7.5m 3 bedroom 2 bathroom homes, up to 17m 6 bedroom 2 bathroom homes.

Choosing the right home design is obviously important because you want a living space that suits your lifestyle. The first thing to consider is the size of the block and how many bedrooms and bathrooms you want. There are a range of different size frontages, such as 10m to 15m and squat lots for shorter designs.
